Seas to See Travel LLC was borne from unquenchable wanderlust and a meeting planning pro’s passion for organizing every critical aspect of her and her clients’ conferences, retreats, and other gatherings at any of the amazing destinations around this beautiful world we call home.
Yes, she could outsource the travel part—and for years she did—but found too often that others failed to give her groups the VIP care and attention she believes they deserve. She would end up directing folks to flight deals and arranging excursions in addition to the hotel, rental car and/or airport transfers they needed.
She developed a fondness for luxury resorts and spas, a deep infatuation with Central America and the Caribbean, and an obsession with the islands of the Pacific and Asia. As she explored the world she loved, she became an inadvertent travel advisor, offering recommendations for destinations, resorts, tours and tastings. She loved it all, and so the formation of Seas to See Travel was logical and inevitable.

How we started…
Seas to See Travel LLC was founded by Tia Ross, CEO of Tiari LLC, Boss Meetings & Events LLC, Black Writers Events, and Co-Founder and Director of Writeful Places LLC. She has more than 20 years’ experience coordinating travel, housing and excursions for groups, executives and professional speakers. She has handled luxury travel planning and bookings for VIPs, tours and social functions for conference-goers, and rooming lists for retreat attendees sharing housing space. As an accomplished meeting planner, Tia’s wealth of expertise in planning and managing logistics for large groups–along with her and her associate’s vast combined travel experience–is what makes Seas to See Travel your best choice for getting your group to where you want to be.

Seas to See Travel plans and manages travel for groups of all sizes, whether for conferences, retreats and other meetings or for family reunions, weddings and elopements, girlfriend getaways, mancations and any other travel where professional planning and attention to detail is needed.
As luxury travel advisors, we take care of every detail so you don’t have to. Our services include air, hotel, ground transportation, airport assistance and more. We work with only the best luxury suppliers to provide our clients with the unparalleled service you expect. By working with us, you’ll have an advocate throughout your trips, particularly important should a problem arise.
We offer customized travel packages that include airfare, hotel/resort accommodations, airport transfers or car rentals and excursions for groups of four to 40 to 400 and beyond. We’ll get you the best all-inclusive packages, properties with the right mix of meeting space, if needed, and package deals that beat what you can find by putting your entire trip together on your own piece by piece. PLUS we don’t require you to immediately pay for your entire trip in full like the online travel booking sites.
